Your role at YMCA Northern Alberta will center on supporting child development for ages 0-12 by implementing YMCA's nationally recognized curriculum. You will foster a safe and interactive environment, document key developmental milestones, and engage parents effectively. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to community strength.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement early childhood curriculum focused on growth

• Create engaging activities for creativity and development

• Observe, document, and support children’s learning

• Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Foster communication with parents for developmental feedback

Requirements:

• Preferred background in working with children

• Level 3 Child Care Certification in progress or completed

• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR - C

• Ability to pass a Police Information Check

• Experience with tablets and Microsoft Office
