Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure constant supervision and safety for children

• Support children's physical, emotional, and social growth

• Foster parent/guardian communication regarding care

• Actively engage in YMCA initiatives and programs

• Protect confidentiality in all operations

Requirements:

• Level 1, 2, or 3 in Early Childhood Education

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification required

• Valid criminal record check and child abuse registry check

• Experience in early childhood settings with young children

• Completion of YMCA Child Protection Training necessary
