As an ECE Educator, you will work closely with a talented team to provide engaging experiences for children aged 12 months to 5 years. Your focus will be on building lasting connections with families while complying with childcare standards and maintaining a safe environment. This permanent position supports the launch of new programs for the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement creative programming and quality care

• Build strong relationships with children and families

• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment

• Deliver YMCA Play-Based Learning curriculum

• Ensure cleanliness in all program facilities

Requirements:

• Current ECE License to Practice in BC

• Experience in child care

• Strong communication skills

• Current First Aid and CPR required

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required
