You’ll play a crucial role in alleviating financial distress for clients by supporting them through the consumer insolvency process. As an Assistant Estate Manager, you will assist senior members in delivering services, analyzing financial documentation, and ensuring a consistent approach to insolvency practices. Your proactive communication will be vital in this client-centric role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior members on insolvency service delivery

• Communicate with clients and gather essential files

• Analyze financial data and prepare relevant reports

• Assist in applying the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

• Manage insolvency files and documentation accuracy

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in consumer insolvency

• Understanding of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Exceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal
