Corporate Tax Manager at Groupe Dynamite

Drive tax strategy and compliance as a Corporate Tax Manager at Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal, focusing on high-level tax initiatives and ongoing projects.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Taxation Director, this role manages corporate income tax compliance across jurisdictions while overseeing documentation and process improvements. You will actively participate in tax planning for both domestic and international operations and work closely with various departments to ensure efficient organization and implementation of tax compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of tax provisions quarterly and annually

• Coordinate tax compliance documentation for multiple countries

• Assist with tax planning initiatives at various jurisdictions

• Improve tax compliance processes and documentation workflows

• Communicate regularly with tax authorities and external consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• At least 5 years of tax experience required

• CPA designation is a strong asset

• Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional tax compliance

• Bilingual in French and English is necessary for jurisdictional tasks
