Manager of Actuarial Models & Coding

Advance your career as a Manager responsible for actuarial model coding and implementation across reporting bases. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills in an individual contributor capacity.

In this individual-contributor Manager role, you will own the model codebase and lead the development of robust actuarial models. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality internal reports. Your insights will influence decision-making and improve model governance standards in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive model implementation and enhancements across actuarial functions

• Control the codebase with testing and documentation responsibilities

• Provide architectural recommendations for model designs

• Enforce governance in model processes and practices

• Facilitate implementation of new regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Actuarial Science or similar

• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience

• Proficiency in programming languages like VBA, SQL

• Experience with actuarial model structures

• Strong time management and flexible working abilities
