As a Financial Controller at Amrize, you will manage accounting functions with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex financial roles. This position involves leading budgeting processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing robust financial controls. Your knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP will be critical in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate plant accounting and reporting

• Interpret financial trends for informed decision-making

• Manage budgeting and forecasting alongside partners

• Ensure financial policies are consistently applied

• Conduct monthly inventory balance reviews

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in finance or accounting

• 5+ years in financial management with increasing responsibility

• Professional accounting designation (CPA)

• Strong skills in SAP and MS Office

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
