    Retail operations support the end-to-end loan process for both CBA and Bankwest brands, covering home loans, personal loans, credit cards, credit variations, and overdrafts. Our teams manage everything from initial credit decisioning through to settlement and funding, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

    Join our Grants team and help customers move confidently through the phases of their home loan. You’ll process and check scheme eligibility, keep brokers and lenders updated with clear, professional communication, and play a key role in delivering great customer outcomes.

    Your Impact

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently processing retail lending applications, resolving queries, and supporting customers throughout their banking journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, optimise operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
  • Utilise multiple banking platforms and digital tools (including Pega, Comm See [CHL]), maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work at pace to meet daily throughput targets while maintaining accuracy.
  • We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have

  • Experience navigating CHL/loan documents (branch, operations, verifications, credit card variations, or credit backgrounds all valued).
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort switching across multiple systems and learning quickly.
