Sunflower Bank, N.A. invites applicants for a full‑time Mortgage Loan Originator position based in Ontario, CA.

This fully commissioned role with a draw (minimum wage rates based on location) offers the opportunity to develop leads, originate mortgage loans and deepen customer relationships through branches, realtors, and builders.

• Interview mortgage loan applicants and take loan applications.
• Send applicant files to processors in the centralized loan support area.
• Respond to referrals from branch personnel and others.
• Assist in obtaining additional data or information when requested by processors.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of lending experience preferred.
• Creativity, flexibility, integrity, and a commitment to customer support are essential.
