FCC is seeking a Mid-Level Manager in A&A Commercial and Small Business Underwriting. This position requires at least five years of experience in commercial lending, along with expertise in credit underwriting and risk mitigation. You'll ensure the team's loan narratives are concise and consistent, directly impacting credit decisions within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a regional underwriting team

• Review and guide team loan narratives before submission

• Ensure high-quality and concise credit narratives

• Liaise between Credit Risk, Operations, and Sales teams

• Support development of team skills in credit culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Minimum five years in commercial lending
