Location: Saint-Marc-des-Carrières
Accounting Analyst / Assistant Controller
Manufacturer – Between Trois-Rivières and Portneuf

Location
The position is located right between Trois-Rivières and Portneuf, ideal if you want a stimulating challenge without being stuck in traffic.
Approximate travel times :
Trois-Rivières / Cap-de-la-Madeleine: 45–50 min
Champlain: 40–50 min
Batiscan / Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade: 30–40 min
Deschambault-Grondines: 15–25 min

Responsibilities
Financial and manufacturing analyses (margins, variances, costing, inventory).
Participation in month-end and financial statements.
Reconciliations, accounting follow-ups, and support for audits.
Contribution to ERP projects, automation, and continuous improvement.
Direct collaboration with the controller and the VP of Finance on strategic mandates.
Desired Profile
About 5+ years in accounting/finance, ideally in manufacturing.
Comfortable with analyses (variances, inventory, costs).
Bachelor's in accounting OR solid DEC + relevant experience.
CPA or on the way to becoming one: big plus.
Curious, analytical, enjoying understanding “the why”.
Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude.
Functional+ English.
