In this senior role, you will oversee and refine the Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering program. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing regulatory compliance risks and enhancing our controls against money laundering. With over a decade of experience required, you will educate staff, manage reporting processes, and liaise with law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop Fin Crime and AML programs

• Assess and mitigate compliance risks with senior management

• Manage suspicious activity reporting processes

• Communicate policies and train staff on financial crime awareness

• Liaise with local authorities on regulatory filings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or related field

• Over 10 years of AML/ATF compliance experience

• Leadership experience in regulated institutions

• Expertise in financial crime regulations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
