Exceleris seeks a Senior Manager - Canadian Tax to lead tax compliance and strategy. This full-time role requires strong expertise in corporate taxation and fluency in French.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing complex tax returns and identifying optimal tax planning opportunities. You will also provide advice to clients and collaborate with partners on various tax mandates. This role includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring effective communication with clients on tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns

• Identify tailored tax planning opportunities

• Serve as the primary contact for client compliance

• Collaborate with senior partners on mandates

• Coach junior team members effectively

Requirements:

• CPA, tax lawyer, or Master of Taxation

• 5+ years of private company tax experience

• Expertise in CCPC, partnership, and trust taxation

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in French, English an asset
