Position: Senior Everyday Banking Manager at Questrade
Location: Dawson City

Lead the Everyday Banking operations at Questrade Financial Group as a Senior Manager. This hybrid role focuses on optimizing core banking services and requires deep expertise in Canadian payment systems.

As a key member of the Questbank Operations team, you will guide the operational lifecycle of Chequing and Savings products, ensuring excellence in daily financial transactions. You'll manage workflows, resolve payment issues, and foster a high-performing team while adhering to regulatory compliance, all while supporting the Director with incident responses and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end operations for Canadian payment rails

• Oversee account onboarding and KYC/AML processes

• Drive STP initiatives to minimize manual processes

• Serve as a liaison with Product and Sales teams

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in Retail Banking Operations or Fintech

• 5+ years of people management experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Expertise in Canadian payments ecosystem

• Strong analytical and communication skills
