In this role, you will partner with operations leaders to provide critical financial support and insights. Your responsibilities involve month-end reporting and margin analytics, requiring strong technical skills and ERP systems knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute month-end Operations Finance reporting

• Prepare insightful analysis of ERPs and financial data

• Manage and consolidate monthly margin reporting efficiently

• Track cost-saving initiatives and manufacturing performance

• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with accurate data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

• 2-4 years in finance operations or manufacturing analysis

• Advanced skills in Excel for data consolidation

• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Sage

• CPA credential preferred or currently pursuing
