As Plant Controller, you will collaborate with the Leadership Team to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. You will guide budgeting and forecasting efforts, while accounting for financial results and compliance. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to support decision-making

• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes

• Oversee financial performance monitoring and reporting

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards

• Support capital investment analysis and cost savings initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting required

• CPA designation essential

• 5+ years of applicable finance experience

• Strong analytical and leadership skills necessary

• Background in manufacturing and SAP environment preferred
