As the Global Accounting Lead at Certn, you will supervise critical accounting operations and foster a high-performing team culture. Focus on month-end close activities, strengthen internal controls, and maintain robust financial data that supports key business decisions. Your leadership will guide a team of accounting professionals towards continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process for timely financial results

• Review journal entries and maintain data integrity

• Oversee accounts payable and ensure compliance with internal controls

• Prepare financial reports with variance analysis for stakeholders

• Serve as the accounting system administrator to optimize performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation completed or being finalized

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

• Proven record managing month-end activities and financial statements
