This role calls for a forward-thinking finance leader that's adept at balancing innovative financial strategies with practical management. As CFO, your responsibilities will include overseeing comprehensive budgeting and forecasting efforts while fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. You'll support the CEO in developing business cases and improving financial literacy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and cash flow management

• Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives

• Lead and develop the finance team

• Engage with external partners, including auditors

• Ensure alignment with Inuit practices and values

Requirements:

• Professional designation (CPA) preferred

• Strong background in financial leadership

• Expertise in financial reporting and analysis

• Support for strategic planning and decision-making

• Connection to Nunatsiavut or Labrador communities is a plus
