Position: Controller for Multi-Site Manufacturing
Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Elevate your finance career as a Controller in a leading food manufacturing company.

This role offers significant operational influence and financial analysis exposure across three plants and two distribution centers.

As the Controller, you will serve as the key finance business partner for plant leadership in a multi-site environment. Your responsibilities will include monthly financial reporting, EBITDA analysis, and operational finance support that translates financial performance into actionable insights. Engagement with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, will be essential for driving business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting processes

• Perform margin and variance analysis for operational insights

• Collaborate with plant managers for financial and operational support

• Manage an accounting team, focusing on coaching and development

• Ensure accuracy in operational reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• Professional accounting designation (CMA, CPA, etc.)

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in food processing

• Strong leadership and people-management skills
