Our client is seeking a Finance Manager for a 21-month contract opportunity focusing on fund administration and reporting. As a key player, you will work alongside the Director of Fund Administration, other Finance Managers, and the CFO to ensure smooth operations. A Senior Corporate Accountant and Finance Executive Assistant will support your mandated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund administration and operational activities

• Manage credit facilities, including draws and repayments

• Prepare call notices and distribution communications

• Develop timely and accurate financial reporting packages

• Address limited partner inquiries and investor relations

Requirements:

• Experience in fund administration and finance management

• Familiarity with Canadian ASPE regulations

• Strong communication skills for investor interactions

• Proven ability to manage financial reporting deadlines

• Detail-oriented approach to financial documentation
