Position: Finance Manager for Funds Contract
Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Elevate your finance career as a Finance Manager – Funds in a 21-month contract with Vaco by Highspring. Oversee fund administration, reporting, and investor relations to ensure operational excellence.

In this crucial management role, you will collaborate closely with various financial leaders, including the CFO and investment professionals. Responsibilities encompass managing fund operations, overseeing credit facility arrangements, and ensuring prompt financial reporting. You will be tasked with preparing audit materials and helping develop financial policies for improved transaction processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fund operation administration and investor relations

• Prepare and report quarterly financial statements accurately

• Oversee credit facility draws and repayments for the fund

• Coordinate annual audits for parallel partnerships

• Assist in tax planning and prepare supporting documents

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Investran necessary

• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities

• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills
