Finance Manager for Fund Operations

Location: West Durham Regional Municipality (Sunderland)

Lead fund administration and reporting as a Finance Manager for a 21-month contract with our client. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure compliance and accuracy in fund operations.

The Finance Manager will work directly with the Director of Fund Administration & Reporting and the CFO to oversee the fund's financial operations. This role encompasses responsibilities including financial reporting, audit coordination, and tax compliance. Your expertise in advanced Excel and Investran will be critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall fund operations and investor relations

• Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages and statements

• Conduct quarterly fund investment valuations accurately

• Organize annual audits and manage working papers

• Develop tax-planning forecasts as required

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Experience with Investran essential

• Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy

• Proactive problem-solving abilities
