Position: Financial Controller at Amrize North America
Location: Central Alberta (Stettler)

Take charge of financial strategy as the Financial Controller at Amrize North America. This role involves overseeing financial management reporting, budgeting, and enhancing business performance across product lines.

As a key business partner on the Market Leadership Team, the Financial Controller ensures accurate financial reporting and controls. You will coordinate monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets, while also identifying best practices in financial management. This role is crucial for driving alignment between finance objectives and operational goals, enhancing overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and plant reporting functions

• Provide financial data analysis and actionable recommendations

• Maintain strong financial controls and reconcile accounts

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with partners

• Oversee compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of financial management experience

• CPA designation or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP

• Willingness to travel between Calgary and Exshaw
