As Finance Manager, you will directly support the Director, Finance and provide leadership to finance and administrative teams. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage audit preparations, and foster continuous improvement in financial processes. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning resources to deliver essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in annual budget preparation and monitoring

• Prepare financial statements and ministry reports

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards

• Lead internal financial reviews and process improvements

• Manage cash flow and financial forecasting

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Three to five years of accounting or finance management

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Solid understanding of financial controls

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
