Key Responsibilities:

• Create diverse valuation models including sale-leaseback frameworks

• Develop integrated financial and cash flow models

• Oversee transaction modeling for spin-offs and mergers

• Analyze unit economics and industry trends

• Present analytical findings to stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

• Significant experience in corporate development or private equity

• Deep expertise in valuation methodologies

• Experience with transaction modeling and analysis

• Strong advanced Excel skills

• Detail-oriented with strong communication capabilities
