Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mutual fund trades with precision

• Review and validate financial documentation thoroughly

• Conduct quality control checks for data integrity

• Facilitate cash movements including EFTs and wire transfers

• Assist with reconciliation related to investment accounts

Requirements:

• Previous data entry or financial operations experience

• Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Attention to detail in all tasks

• Experience with accounting and financial documentation
