Key functions include processing vendor invoices, managing accounts, and supporting financial reporting for industry and government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices with accurate data entry

• Assist with accounts payable and reconciliations

• Create purchase requisitions and orders as needed

• Respond to inquiries regarding payment status

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial records

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Two years in an administrative role preferred

• Data entry skills highly desirable

• Proficiency in accounting software an asset

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License preferred
