Position: Accounts Receivable Technician at Red Deer Polytechnic

As a member of the Fee’s Office team, you will provide knowledgeable assistance to students, staff, and community members. Key responsibilities include processing payments, handling cash, and ensuring accurate account management.

Your role will require expertise in financial analysis and meeting fiscal deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payment transactions for student and vendor accounts

• Handle banking transactions and ensure compliance with policies

• Complete financial reconciliations and correct errors

• Generate transactions for vendor contracts and issue invoices

• Assist with collection activities and bad debt analysis

Requirements:

• Two years of post-secondary training in Business Administration

• Minimum two years of related experience in finance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and financial systems

• Strong communication skills for documenting solutions

• Attention to detail in cash management and controls
