Position: Contract Finance Manager - Fund Reporting
Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Lead financial reporting and fund operations as a Contract Finance Manager for a 21-month role. Engage with top executives to manage fund administration and investor relations.

Our client is in search of a Finance Manager for a 21-month contract focused on funds management. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fund administration while collaborating with the Director of Fund Administration and the CFO. Support will come from a Senior Corporate Accountant and Finance Executive Assistant as you manage complex financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the overall administration of fund operations

• Handle credit facility management and repayments

• Prepare financial statements according to ASPE standards

• Create comprehensive reporting packages for stakeholders

• Communicate with investors to address inquiries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance management and fund administration

• Knowledge of ASPE standards in financial reporting

• Excellent interpersonal skills for limited partner relations

• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines consistently

• Strong focus on accuracy in financial documentation
