Position: Contract Finance Manager - Funds
Location: West Durham Regional Municipality (Sunderland)

Join a dynamic finance team as a Contract Finance Manager focused on funds for 21 months. Enhance fund reporting and administration in a collaborative environment.

This key role involves working with the Director of Fund Administration and other finance leaders to ensure meticulous fund operations and regulatory compliance. You will lead financial reporting efforts and support the audit process, utilizing your CPA credentials and proficiency in Investran to drive financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund operations and manage credit facilities

• Prepare accurate quarterly fund reporting and analysis

• Collaborate on valuations in accordance with ASPE guidelines

• Plan and organize annual audits for partnership vehicles

• Ensure compliance with income tax and HST requirements

Requirements:

• Must have CPA designation

• Advanced Excel and MS Office experience necessary

• Familiarity with Investran required

• Strong attention to detail essential

• Adaptability to changing priorities
