Compensation Range:  Between $70,000 - $120,000 CDN annually

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial performance of your program.

Essential Functions

Deploy working methods to predict future costs and revenues of a complex program.

Analyze monthly financial performance of a complex program and present results to high management and corporate entities.

Provide monthly and annual reporting to management.

Work in collaboration with program management with the objective to improve programme performance.

Communicate with function leaders to influence their decisions.

Play an important role in the invoicing process to customer.

Bring important improvements to processes and working tools.

Train and coach junior employees.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration - Accounting profile, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Accounting Title (CPA).

8 to 12 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience with SAP (an asset).

Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential (pivot tables, advanced formulas).

Attention to detail, teamwork, analytical skills, and business acumen are sought-after competencies.

Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment requiring accountability and autonomy.

Bilingual French and English (written and spoken).

Eligibility Criteria

Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.

Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
