Your role will focus on financial operations, invoicing accuracy, and data integrity for impactful decision-making.

At Monark, you will be integral to our financial operations, managing billing, accounts reconciliation, and financial reports. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to identify opportunities that enhance financial processes and improve operational effectiveness. Your insights will support leadership decisions and help maintain robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process accounts receivable and payable transactions

• Prepare and send client invoices consistently

• Maintain client account information and billing setups

• Follow up on outstanding receivables with clients

• Support monthly and year-end financial reporting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 1–3 years relevant experience in finance or billing

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
