In this permanent role, you will analyze customer financial data and craft comprehensive credit submissions that facilitate agricultural financing. With a strong understanding of agribusiness, you will help ensure that loan requests meet all policies while supporting the Senior Relationship Managers in assessing client needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of aiding the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed credit submissions for agricultural loans

• Review and establish loan conditions and covenants

• Confirm compliance of all credit requests with policies

• Support the relationship management team with insights

• Conduct loan compliance monitoring and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business or agriculture

• 4+ years in commercial lending or related field

• Understanding of agricultural financial systems

• Proven skills in communication and partnership-building

• Experience with loan administration software solutions
