In this Full-Time position, you will assess loan applications, ensuring RAC Finance’s commitment to responsible lending. As part of the Personal Finance team, you'll conduct discussions with members to capture necessary financial details and complete thorough credit assessments.

Your role is instrumental in providing excellent customer service and achieving credit assessment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discussions to gather financial information for loan applications

• Proactively inform members about their loan progress

• Perform comprehensive credit assessments adhering to compliance

• Achieve targets as per credit policies

• Verify and prepare loan documentation efficiently

Requirements:

• Significant experience in loan assessment or finance industry

• Aptitude in customer service roles

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Familiarity with national credit regulations and obligations

• Knowledge of Privacy Act standards
