In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee asset management for STACK's East Region data centers. Working closely with finance and senior teams, your responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, managing financial models, and executing business plans. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing asset strategies and improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics

• Collaborate on asset-level financial models and projections

• Develop and execute annual strategic business plans

• Conduct market research for informed operational strategies

• Ensure compliance with lease terms through property management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or Real Estate

• Minimum 8 years in asset management or financial analysis

• Strong P&L analytical skills and budgeting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
