As a senior figure within the HR & CLAO IT COO team, you'll manage budgets, executive reports, and workforce strategies that heighten employee engagement. Your leadership will foster connection and collaboration between teams in Halifax and Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on budget progress tracking with IT and Finance

• Develop executive reports using operational data insights

• Identify finance issues and collaborate on solutions

• Build and implement strategies for workforce engagement

• Enhance connection amongst Halifax and Toronto teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years working in internal communications and engagement

• Extensive experience with COO-level operational teams

• Familiarity with financial management in large firms

• Strong ability to interact with senior executives

• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to task management
