As a small and dedicated team, every role is integral to creating the extraordinary experience of the Ancient Cedars Spa.

This role may be offered as either a full-time position (40 hours per week) or a part-time position. Shifts are scheduled from 12:00 . to 8:30 .; slightly reduced hours may be considered, provided availability until 8:30 . is maintained.

As a Spa Attendant you will:

Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.

Stock and set up treatment rooms appropriately with clean linen.

Transport all clean linen from the Laundry Room to the Ancient Cedars Spa.

Set up Men’s and Ladies Lounges, including, but not limited to, individual locker set up for guests and replenishment of supplies/amenities.

Clean all spa areas including, but not limited to, the spa lounge, reception area and hallway, all treatment rooms, steam room and spa patio.

Complete deep cleaning duties as assigned.

Maintain discretion and the utmost in guest privacy.

Knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry procedures, an asset.

Attention to detail.

Physical ability to transport large bags of laundry.

The ability to work independently and take initiative to find projects.

Excellent guest service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations

The ability to make a commitment to the position for a mutually understood and agreed upon period of time.

Salary/Wage: $20.00 per hour.
