Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment for all guests

• Support therapists with pre- and post-treatment tasks

• Provide accurate information on spa services

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene

• Restock supplies to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or spa environment is valuable

• Strong customer service orientation and demeanor

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Team player with a calm under pressure

• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
