Position: Customer-Focused Spa Attendant Role
Location: Fort Simpson

Enhance guest experiences as a Spa Attendant, working within our hot springs facility.

Your role will involve customer interactions, online bookings, and maintaining spa cleanliness.

In this customer-centric position, you'll be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring that guests receive top-notch services. Additionally, you will clean bathrooms, maintain pools, and restock spa supplies. This job requires both independent work skills and teamwork to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept payments and serve spa visitors at the front desk

• Prepare and sell food and beverage items

• Handle online bookings and maintain organized schedules

• Clean and oversee showers, change rooms, and treatment areas

• Perform water testing and maintain sauna conditions

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker, multilingual skills are a bonus

• First Aid, Food Safe, WHMIS awareness required

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and multitasking

• Must possess a vehicle and swimming capability

• Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends
