Massage Therapy Manager at Nordik Spa

Lead the Massage Therapy and Treatments department at Nordik Spa Village, located in Chelsea. This role combines operational management with high-quality guest service and team leadership.

As the Massage Therapy Manager, you will report to the Director and oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional service standards. Your expertise will guide training, staffing, and the development of new treatments, presenting a unique growth opportunity within one of the largest spas in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Massage Therapy department

• Conduct staff training to exceed service standards

• Oversee service coordination and planning for guest satisfaction

• Interview, select, and evaluate staff performance

• Develop new treatments to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:

• Postsecondary diploma and 3+ years of leadership experience

• Bilingual in English and French

• Knowledge of wellness, tourism, or hospitality industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and spa software

• Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
