Position: Catering and Meal Service Aide
Location: South Leeds and Grenville United Counties (Prescott)

Your role will focus on excellent service and communication.

This position involves preparing and serving food in a long-term care environment. You will address any concerns from residents or families, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant. Communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for fostering a positive atmosphere in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents

• Respond to feedback and concerns regarding meal service

• Facilitate logistics for catering events as needed

• Engage courteously with residents and visitors

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards consistently

Requirements:

• Experience in food services, hospitality, or related field

• High school education or equivalent experience

• Food Safe Level 1 Certificate is an asset

• Ability to read and follow instructions in English

• Skilled in empathy and conflict resolution
