Become a cornerstone of the Blind River Curling Club as a Club Operations Coordinator, focusing on operations, hospitality, and member engagement. This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about community and event coordination.

The Blind River Curling Club is eager to find a reliable individual for this 30-hour per week position, which includes opportunities for leadership growth.

Your role will encompass various tasks from managing the club bar to coordinating events and ensuring smooth facility operations, all aimed at enhancing the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the facility and oversee daily operations

• Manage the bar and organize staff schedules

• Ensure efficient inventory management for bar and events

• Support event planning and execute post-event tasks

• Facilitate member communications and characteristics

Requirements:

• Smart Serve Certification is mandatory

• Organized with strong time-management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience in hospitality or event management is advantageous

• Must have availability for flexible working hours
