Position: Guest Service Attendant Four Seasons Whistler
Location: East Kootenays (Fernie)

Become a key part of the guest experience at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler as a Full-time Seasonal Guest Service Attendant.

Your role includes welcoming guests, managing luggage, and ensuring smooth arrivals.

This position is crucial for maintaining the property's high standards of hospitality. You will greet guests arriving by various means, assist them with their luggage, and provide information about Whistler, enhancing their stay. Your professionalism will contribute to the award-winning reputation of Four Seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open car doors and greet guests as they arrive

• Assist with unloading and directing guest luggage

• Drive house cars for valet parking and guest transport

• Offer directions and local recommendations to visitors

• Handle guest complaints and assist with hotel inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service settings

• Hotel or guest service background preferred

• Excellent command of English language

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s licence

• Capacity to lift 40 pounds when necessary
