This role focuses on providing individualized service under the guidance of the Front Office Manager. You will engage with Club Lounge guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while performing essential duties such as inventory management and meal setup. Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking skills are necessary to excel in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere

• Complete daily tasks including inventory and cleaning

• Set up and take down complimentary meal items

• Verify guest eligibility for Club Lounge services

• Communicate with management about guest needs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hospitality experience required

• Pro Serve and Pro Tect certifications needed

• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with computer and MS Office applications

• Ability to pass a criminal record check
