Join our dynamic hotel team as a Reservations Supervisor, responsible for managing guest reservations and addressing client needs. You’ll ensure a seamless experience in hotel operations.

As a supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, your role will involve coordinating activities among departments, resolving complaints, and ensuring the smooth operation of all booking systems. Your technical aptitude and dedication to customer service will be paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm room reservations

• Address guest inquiries and conflicts

• Provide training to reservations staff

• Maintain computer systems for efficient operations

• Submit periodic reports to management

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar environment

• Computer skills in MS Office and online systems

• Basic security clearance necessary

• Strong client-facing communication skills
