Position: Ski Concierge Supervisor at Four Seasons
Location: East Kootenays (Fernie)

Lead the Ski Concierge team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Oversee ski and snowboard gear assistance while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Ski Concierge team's schedule efficiently

• Provide exceptional service with ski and snowboard gear

• Train and supervise staff ensuring quality service

• Communicate guest requests with other departments

• Maintain proper handling of VIPs and special groups

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a management role

• Skiing or snowboarding experience preferred

• Customer service or retail experience required

• Valid BC driver’s license and driver’s abstract needed

• Fluent verbal and written English skills needed
