Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist in the operation of all spa departments and to have knowledge of all Spa treatmentsMaintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basisDirect Members and Guests to appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpool etc.Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelineMaintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficienciesMaintain locker rooms in a tidy manner and ensure all amenities are stockedFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferredCPR and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional Information
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsFrequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pullingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsFrequent standing and walking throughout shiftVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
