We are seeking a dedicated individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will register guests, manage reservations, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about hotel services and area attractions to enhance guest experiences. Your organized and client-focused approach will ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms

• Handle reservations and process check-ins/outs

• Resolve guest complaints efficiently

• Maintain inventory of room assignments and vacancies

• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of experience in hotel or resort settings

• Effective interpersonal skills and client focus

• Flexibility to work varied shifts

• Must work on-site; no remote options
