Position: Ski Concierge Supervisor at Four Seasons
Location: East Kootenays (Fernie)

Elevate guest experiences at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler as a Seasonal Full-Time Ski Concierge Supervisor. Lead the team in providing exceptional service while assisting guests with ski gear.

This supervisory role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for guest service. The Ski Concierge team plays a crucial part in ensuring memorable experiences on the slopes. You'll be responsible for training the team, managing equipment, and ensuring VIPs and special requests are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Ski Concierge team schedule

• Deliver exceptional service with ski and snowboard equipment

• Train and supervise team members effectively

• Maintain communication across departments for guest requests

• Ensure equipment is kept in perfect working condition

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership within a management team

• Retail or customer service background

• Valid class 5 BC Driver’s license

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written

• Knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb Mountain is an asset
