Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)
Transform catering service quality as a Catering Operations Lead with Aramark. Drive the planning and execution of diverse events while ensuring compliance with catering standards.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a minimum of two years’ experience in a banquet or hotel environment. You will supervise catering staff, manage logistics, and handle client relations effectively. Your focus will be on health and safety standards and training hourly staff for optimal performance at catered events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise planning and execution of catering services
• Handle event bookings and menu costings
• Support recruitment, discipline, and reviews
• Coordinate interactions with internal departments
• Enforce sanitation and safety compliance standards
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant operational experience
• Prior experience in event booking is a plus
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage physical demands of catering
• Contribution to staff training and guidelines
